Our Christmas Menu will be available by pre-order only from 1st - 23rd December, excluding Sundays, a perfect way to enjoy a taste of Christmas with friends, family or work colleagues.

Christmas Menu

Starters

Roasted butternut squash and chilli soup, with roasted pumpkin seeds, served with fresh bread. Pressed chicken and wild mushroom terrine with pickled walnuts  and a rocket salad.
Potted smoked mackrel and horseradish rillettes with warm crusty bread.
Goats cheese, onion marmalade, pink peppercorn & thyme tartlet, served with dressed baby leaves and a balsamic reduction.
Slow braised rabbit linguine topped with parmesan and fresh pea shoots.


 Mains

Three bird roast, comprising of sliced turkey breast, confit duck leg and sliced chicken breast, served with roast potatoes, honey roast parsnips, Yorkshire pudding, sausage meat & cranberry stuffing, pigs in blankets and a selection of winter vegetables with rich pan gravy.
Seabass fillet with boulangere potatoes, sautéed green beans & spinach, finished with a citrus butter sauce.
Slow braised venison casserole served with chantenay carrots and rosemary dumplings.
Artichoke heart, wild mushroom, chilli, pea and mint risotto with crumbled feta cheese. 


 Desserts

Apple & mincemeat filo pastry parcel with brandy butter ice cream.
Rhubarb & custard panna cotta with a ginger shortbread biscuit. 
Sticky toffee pudding, toffee sauce and vanilla ice cream.
Chocolate orange mousse with a citrus crème fraiche.
